Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra may launch with up to 16GB of RAM

O Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra is the next high-end tablet from Samsung. This model, which should be announced in the third quarter alongside the Tab S9 e S9+, was the target of another leak that revealed its possible memory and storage configurations. Apparently, consumers will have a very competent device in their hands, as the company can offer versions with up to 512 GB of internal space.

powerful tablet

According to information from the leaker Tech_Reve“, o Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra should hit the market in three versions: the first with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage; the second with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage; and the third with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.

Just like on the line Galaxy S23, the 128 GB variant delivers a UFS 3.1 storage system, while the others will have UFS 4.0. This is because there are still no UFS 4.0 chips with sizes smaller than 256 GB, leaving this entry-level model with slightly slower transfer speeds.

Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra

In addition to great memory and storage options, the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra may be launched with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy, same processor of the line Galaxy S23. However, according to tests done on Geekbench, a benchmark platform, this new tablet from Samsung must be faster than Galaxy S23 Ultra.

The South Korean giant has not yet announced the launch date of its next high-end tablets, but there is a possibility that the company will announce them sometime in August or September, possibly at the same event dedicated to the Galaxy Z Flip 5 e Z Fold 5. Let’s wait to confirm (or not) all of this.
