A gas cylinder exploded in a two-story 12-apartment building in Zhanaozen, Kazakhstan. According to preliminary data from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic, 11 people were injured.

The entrance collapsed on an area of ​​150 sq. m. with a total building area of ​​600 sq. m. m. It happened early in the morning, at 5:00 am Astana time (2:00 am Moscow time). The explosion was not accompanied by a fire.

The injured have been handed over to paramedics. More than 50 rescuers and a canine crew, 10 pieces of equipment, an ambulance and local authorities are working on the spot.
