German climate activist evaluates interrogation by the immigration police as an “attempt at intimidation” – Panorama

The German climate activist Anja Windl was interrogated by the Federal Office for Immigration and Asylum (BFA) on Thursday. Her expulsion is being considered for taking part in climate protests by the Last Generation group. The questioning lasted more than three hours and lasted until the early followingnoon. For Windl, today’s appointment with the authorities in Leoben was not regarding a decision, it was a summons for an interrogation. The climate activist told STANDARD that the risk potential that the authorities believed she posed was discussed with her.
