It’s been several months that it is in the area that an event in Israel is organized to bring together big names in the world of professional wrestling. An event that wanted above all possibly to offer the last match in Bill Goldberg’s career with a match once morest Sting. The former WWE Universal and WCW World Champion would also like to do so to end his career in his host country.

Today, Allstars Israel sent out a press release to confirm that they will hold their big event on September 14, 2023 for a show under the name of the “Global Pro Wrestling Summit” at the Pais Arena in Jerusalem. An event where several names are announced, but the name of Bill Goldberg does not appear anywhere.

The press release announces that Sting will be the special ambassador for the evening, which will mark the first wrestling event in Israel since 1994.

It is also announced that Rob Van Dam, Frankie Kazarian and Psycho Clown will face off in Triple Threat.

Another Triple Threat is expected between El Hijo Del Vikingo, Paul London and Ultimo Dragon. This will be to crown the first Heavyweight Champion of the company.

Other names like Davey Boy Smith JR and Oleg Prudios (also known as Kozlov) are announced for the show. Local stars will also face off in a Battle Royale to be a contender for the title.

So as mentioned Goldberg is not announced for the moment but everything might well change to make a publicity stunt or not for the event.
