Overseas, we are 5 to 10 times poorer than in France. Extreme poverty affects more than 10% of the West Indian and Reunion population and more than 30% of Guyanese, where it is 2% in France. As for Mayotte, it is quite simply 3/4 of the inhabitants who are victims.
