Groupe Intérim Express and Groupe Domino RH: Two major players in the interim unite in Morocco

The year 2022 is shaping up under the best auspices for the two interim groups, Interim Express and Domino RH, who have chosen to get closer and join forces via a joint venture.

The Domino HR Group brings to this marriage its 22 years of expertise as well as its international power, with its offices in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Portugal, Poland and today in Morocco. With a turnover, outside Morocco, of 250 million euros with more than 130 agencies and more than 40,000 temporary workers.

The Interim Express group, for its part, brings to the basket its perfect knowledge of the Moroccan market for nearly 20 years and its undeniable dynamism which resulted in an increase in its turnover of 21% last year.

This rapprochement was also made possible by a common vision of the two groups which place the human being at the heart of the company, this is how they replace the notion of “human resources” with that of “human wealth” to a more rewarding social and legal status of the temporary worker. Domino RH, like Express Interim, want the interim to no longer be seen as a last resort, but on the contrary as an opportunity, a springboard, especially for young people, who are very poorly integrated.

In this support, the two groups deploy a whole range of services for employers: administrative management of personnel, wage portage, transition management, optimized modulation of human resources and support in the career of employees.

It is with this corporate philosophy that the leaders ofInterim Express and Domino HR, Mr.Mohamed Tazi and Mr. Loïc Labouche, have bet on rapid development, with the opening of agencies in Casablanca, Tangier, Marrakech, Agadir and Dakhla.

The ambition of the two leaders does not stop there and they plan, thanks to the synergy created by this merger, to establish themselves on the African market and in the Middle East. First target countries: Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal, then Cameroon. As for the Middle East, the opening of an office in Dubai should not take long: local partners have already been found. Only the closing of borders, linked to the Covid-19 pandemic, is delaying the launch.

All these office openings are taking place and will continue to take place in the same spirit: restoring the image of temporary work. And to ensure that the precariousness of employment, often associated with this professional status, fades away in favor of the notions of opportunity, stability… and personal fulfillment.
