The tour of Guadeloupe begins this Friday, August 4, a few days before that of Guyana. Last year, the two competitions overlapped. There was therefore no representative of Guyana in the Tour de Guadeloupe and vice versa. This year, a selection made up of Dilhan Will, Mario Jandia, Teddy Octavia, Kenric Golitin, Vivian Van Els and Ludwig Thébyne will compete in the competition.
They will be supervised by Richard Will, as head of delegation, with Michael Stanis and Médérick Joseph. On its social networks, the regional cycling committee of Guyana indicates that this participation in the Guadeloupe Cycling Tour is born of the will of the riders. Adding: “Although not registered in the Guyana club program, the committee supports this operation financially and logistically.“
