Handball World Cup: It starts tomorrow – this is how you see the games on TV! | Sports

Great service from the German Handball Association (DHB) for the blind and visually impaired at the World Cup: For the first time, 90-second highlight clips with a special audio description will be offered following German games. The videos, below you can see a sample clip, will be available on the Handball Bundesliga’s Instagram channel the day following the game.

“For blind people, a good description opens up a new gateway, the gateway to experience, to take part and participate,” says Verena Bentele, Vice President of the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB). “Thank you for a good description of a great, fast, powerful sport.”
