Three days following her swearing in, the new Belgian Minister for Foreign Affairs, Hadja Lahbib, will be immersed on Monday in the toughest diplomatic file of the moment, with a meeting at 9.30 a.m. in Brussels of the Council of Ministers for Foreign Affairs of the EU, who will discuss tougher sanctions once morest Russia.
