Grand Island, Nebraska – Country-rock artist HARDY is bringing his high-energy performance to the Nebraska State Fair on Sunday, September 6, headlining at TD Landing. The concert, part of the Nebraska Lottery Concert Series, promises to extend the Labor Day weekend festivities well into the night.

HARDY’s arrival signals a strong lineup for the 2026 Nebraska State Fair, known for attracting major musical acts. Events and Entertainment Director Karli Bartz stated, “We are taking full advantage of Labor Day weekend this year and keeping the party going well into Sunday night. Hardy’s high energy show is going to do just that – we can’t wait for this HARDY party.”

The Mississippi native has quickly develop into a prominent figure in country music, blending country storytelling with rock influences. His latest album, COUNTRY! COUNTRY!, continues to showcase his songwriting talent, adding to a career that has already amassed over eight billion streams.

HARDY’s influence extends beyond his solo work. He recently collaborated with Tim McGraw, Eric Church, and Morgan Wallen on the song “McArthur,” further solidifying his position as a leading voice in modern country. His accolades include five ACM Awards and two CMA Awards, alongside three CMA Triple Play Awards, recognition as BMI Country Songwriter of the Year, and three AIMP Songwriter of the Year awards.

Tickets for the concert go on sale to “Fair Fans” on Wednesday, April 1, and to the general public on Thursday, April 2, at www.statefair.org or at the Nebraska State Fair box office. Prices are as follows: General admission is $78, pit tickets are $87, and VIP tickets are $107. Advance ticket purchase includes gate admission to the Nebraska State Fair.

Fair officials emphasize that tickets should only be purchased directly from statefair.org or in person at the State Fair box office, as the Nebraska State Fair is an exclusive partner with Etix.

Additional Concerts in the Nebraska Lottery Concert Series

HARDY’s performance is part of a larger concert series. Previously announced acts include Christian artist Phil Wickham with Jamie MacDonald on August 30 and KC & The Sunshine Band on August 31 for Older Nebraskans Day. Two additional outdoor shows at TD Landing are yet to be announced.
