The artist left Saad Lamjarred Thursday, the prison walls in the French capital, Paris, where he has been languishing since late February, following the French Criminal Court convicted him of raping a French girl, and sentenced him to six years in the case, whose chapters go back to one of the nights of October of 2016 in the French capital, Paris.

According to the information obtained by Al-Arabiya.net, Lamjarred was released under a temporary release that was requested by his defense team.

The information stated that Saad Al-Majred’s passport remained in the custody of the court, and therefore he was prohibited from leaving France. It will also be subject to smart judicial monitoring via the electronic bracelet.

Al-Arabiya.net information revealed that he will remain in a state of release until the appeal stage, which is expected to begin at the end of the current year 2023.

According to the agreement with the French judiciary, Saad Lamjarred will not speak to the press in any way, nor will he comment on his file in any way, even on social media, with his commitment to remain in France.
