Dubai : Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, announced on Twitter that Hatta has been included in the list of 50 most beautiful small cities in the world. The list of beautiful cities was released by Condé Nast travel magazine of America.
UAE Sheikh Hamdan said that the development vision of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, is clear through the recognition. The leadership is also keen to transform the rural areas of the emirate into beautiful tourist destinations. He also thanked the Dubai government employees who worked tirelessly to make Sheikh Mohammed’s vision a reality.
The lifestyle in Hatta is a blend of rural mountain life and the small town offers a variety of recreational activities such as horse riding, cycling and kayaking, travel magazine officials said.
