He died in prison of an alleged disease in Tocorón

The body of a man of approximately 40 years of age was admitted to the morgue of the National Service of Medicine and Forensic Sciences (Senamecf), presumably following dying of a lethal disease in the Tocorón prison, according to unofficial sources.

The reasons for which he was held in Tocorón are unknown.

The man was identified as Ever Alonso Pérez Naranjo, and apparently he was being held in the aforementioned penitentiary center.

Unofficially, presumably the inmate was infected with a sexually transmitted diseasewhere his state of health was decompensated over time.

The officials in charge of guarding the penitentiary proceeded to transfer the prisoner to a nearby health center, but he died a few minutes following being admitted.

According to the information that is handled, the man lived in the city of Cagua, Sucre municipality, Aragua state.
