This morning, a traffic accident was recorded at the intersection of Provincial Route No. 5 and Canal de la Patria, in the city of TintinaMariano Moreno department.
The authorities of the Community Police Station No. 44, who appeared at the place where the incident had occurred. There was a car submerged in the canal.
It was a gray Ford Fiesta Max, with domain name HLE 590, belonging to Juan Carlos Paz, a 60-year-old Argentine, residing at B° Huaico Hondo, in the capital city.
The man stated that he was heading from Santiago Capital to the city of Monte Quemado, Copo department. He recounted that, moments before entering the city, a truck traveling in the opposite direction, from north to south, crossed his shoulder. While trying to avoid the collision with the truck, the car fell into the water channel.
Peti Gómez, Tita Gómez and Blanca Herrera were also traveling in the vehicle, who, following the accident, got out of the car. Fortunately, they reported no injuries, although it was decided to transfer them to the local hospital for a medical examination and control.
