He is fined 223,000 euros after slanderous remarks against the Pairi Daiza park

An inhabitant of Aywaille was indeed ordered to pay 223,000 euros to the Pairi Daiza park. This anti-zoo activist was being prosecuted for having written lies on his Facebook page: he claimed in particular that animals were starving to death in the Brugelette park.

Faced with his refusal to withdraw and stop his publications, the court now requires him to pay a tidy sum of legal penalties.

Information given this morning by our colleagues from Nord-Eclair.
