Head of State Congratulates King Charles III on His Accession to the Throne

Today, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, made a phone call to King Charles III, congratulating him on the occasion of his accession to the throne of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, wishing him success in his royal duties and to continue in the footsteps of the late Queen Elizabeth the second.

During the call, His Highness expressed his best wishes to King Charles III of good health and happiness and to Britain and its friendly people continued progress and prosperity.

For his part, King Charles III thanked His Highness, expressing his sincere appreciation for the congratulations of His Highness the Head of State and for the sincere feelings he expressed towards him, his country and his people.
