One of the vehicles was descending while the other was ascending the steep road when they collided head-on. Firefighters from the NAGE area led by Captain Olivier Gilson went to the scene with an ambulance and a pumper.
The only injured person to be deplored was taken to hospital. A Namur police team took charge of the findings and regulated the traffic. It was the MD and Cassart tow trucks that removed the damaged vehicles.
