The San José Primary Health Care Center informs the community that nursing staff will be conducting anonymous, confidential and private surveys house by house.
In order to conduct a survey in the community for statistical purposes to design and implement effective interventions that benefit the entire community in the health area, CAPS staff in San José will begin a house-to-house survey tomorrow, TUESDAY, August 20, between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.
The tour will be carried out weekly until the end of the year and the staff will be properly identified.
