The Health Services of Oaxaca (SSO) through the Health Jurisdiction 2 Istmo, presented 52 social service interns who will be assigned to health centers and hospitals in different locations in the Istmo region of Tehuantepec.
The head of the Health Jurisdiction, Hebert Vidal Sánchez, explained that this group of people is made up of 18 interns from the degree of surgeon and midwife, 13 from nursing, 10 from social work, 5 from nutrition, 3 from dentistry and the same number of psychology.
Some towns that will receive social service interns are José López Portillo Chocomanatlán, Santa María del Mar, Guigovelaga, Río Pachiñé, Santa María Guienagati, El Porvenir and the Juárez de San Mateo del Mar neighborhood.
The scholarship recipients are graduates of the universities Alfred Nobel (UAN), Universidad del Istmo (UNISTMO), Universidad del Mar (UMAR) Campus Huatulco, University of the Gulf of Mexico Campus Oaxaca (UGM) in addition to the institutes of Higher Studies of América Campus Salina Cruz and the Isthmus of Tehuantepec (IESIT), as well as the World Without Borders Multiversity.
