Asuncion, IP Agency.- The Ministry of Health announced the acquisition of new echocardiography equipment at the Caazapá Regional Hospital, which joins the list of localities that have cutting-edge technology for the early detection of cardiovascular diseases.
The modern medical equipment was provided to the Caazapá Regional Hospital by the National Cardiovascular Prevention Program of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Welfare, in order to perform high-precision cardiological diagnoses in both adults and children, thanks to its pediatric translators.
With this tool, health professionals will be able to detect possible heart conditions in time and provide more appropriate treatments.
Dr. Amilcar Miño, regional director, expressed his gratitude to the Minister of Health, departmental and legislative authorities for their constant support for the health of Caazapá.
He said that this equipment represents a great advance for the health of citizens, allowing them to offer higher quality services and diagnose heart diseases earlier.
He also stressed that the echocardiographic equipment will be available to the Caazapá Regional Hospital.
