Abaha: One person died following being swept away by the current in Majarada, Asir province. The incident took place in Wadi Jaria. Two people were washed away due to heavy rain in the area. One of them died. Another person was admitted to Civil Defense Hospital. The civil defense team reached the spot following getting the information and took out two people. One was dead. Another person was taken to hospital for treatment.
The Civil Defense has requested that people stay away from waterlogged areas and be cautious to avoid accidents when there is a change in the weather. Along with hailstorms and reduced visibility, there was fairly heavy rain in many parts of the Azir region.
