Durban: Strong in the province of KwaZulu-Natal in East and South Africa. The death toll from the floods has risen to 443. Most of these are in Durban. Most parts of the city are now under water.
The tragedy was caused by heavy rains that fell without a husband. Heavy rain is expected in the region. Buildings, bridges and electricity posts were damaged. The search for the missing 63 is continuing.
