The Transversal de la Montaña, road axis that connects the Loma del Escobero with Avenida Las Palmas, was closed following the short but heavy rains this followingnoon, according to the Envigado authorities.
In agreement to a trill from the mayor Braulio Espinosathe road was disabled for vehicle traffic following a tree blocked it.
In the area there are already mobility agents diverting vehicles to alternate routes such as Las Palmas and El Escobero.
It should be remembered that this same road was blocked last Tuesday, November 22, following a landslide and falling trees affected it. The emergency was quickly overcome and the vehicular flow was restored that same day.
