He continued, “Hepatitis with the BOC virus leads to changes in blood vessels and cells, which leads to cirrhosis of the liver.”
He added, “Liver cirrhosis causes an increase in portal pressure, which is the main cause of esophageal varices.”
He explained: “Liver cirrhosis increases if the cells fail to lead to hepatic coma, so patients should perform an endoscopy for early diagnosis.”
Mowafi said, “There is no treatment for hepatic and renal failure. The patient needs a liver transplant.”
