The Egyptian broadcaster, Mohamed El-Gheity, withdrew, during his hosting of the “Cairo Today” program, due to a telephone intervention by the retired artist, Abeer Al-Sharqawi.
Al-Ghaiti became angry following Al-Sharqawi’s intervention, in which she responded to her criticism of the series “The Weeping Laughing”, saying, “I am upset with the truth.”
He interrupted her, saying, “It’s just a question, who is this character to criticize? I’m just going to walk.”
“Her father disowned her”
He added, who is the author of this series: “She said that we have been repaired in a post. This is her father who disowned her in front of me while he was sitting with me in his office. I refuse that she is making an intervention.”
The daughter of the great director, Jalal Al-Sharqawi, attacked the makers of the series “The Weeping Laughing”, which tells the biography of the great artist Najib Al-Rihani.

And she wrote on her Facebook account a few days ago: “Mohamed Fadel mocks the audience, the beginning of Ferdous Abdel Hamid, the seventies, mother of a baby in the Laughing Crying series.”
It is noteworthy that the series “The Weeping Laughing” starring Amr Abdel-Jalil, Ferdous Abdel-Hamid, and Razan Maghribi, written by Mohamed El-Gheity, and directed by Mohamed Fadel.
