A 3-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Qazi Faiz Isa, Justice Jamal Khan Mandukhel and Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan heard the case regarding the ownership of Hindu Gymkhana in the Supreme Court Karachi Registry.
