Savoun So was crossing the street at 600 Oregon Avenue when a driver inside a silver SUV, heading east on Oregon, struck her. The bicyclist, identified by police as Eduardo Rosario Jimenez, was riding in the 1900 block of North Howard Street when someone driving a white pickup truck struck the man and he continued driving.
