Mistelbach – A 70-year-old woman found a backpack with 4,000 euros in cash in Mistelbach on Friday evening and took it to the police. Shortly followingwards, the 44-year-old owner, who had previously lost the bag, also contacted us. She picked up the backpack and money from the Mistelbach police station. The honest finder, who was present at the handover, waived a finder’s fee and was happy with the 44-year-old and her two small children, the police reported on Saturday. (APA, September 9, 2023)
