Locals say Riaz had a fight with his sister Ashifa on Friday morning. After this he went somewhere from home. After coming back, he told his sister to wash the clothes. Then, while Ashifa was fetching water for washing, Riyaz stabbed the young woman’s neck several times with a knife.
