Jeddah: Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Amir Mohammed bin Salman received an honorary doctorate from Kasetsart University in Thailand. During his visit to Thailand, Kasetsart University Rector Dr. Krisannapong Kirathikara Ethi was awarded an honorary doctorate in recognition of his contributions in the field of geoscience for sustainable development.

The university rector expressed gratitude and appreciation to the Crown Prince for the effective solutions in the field of environment and the support to achieve the sustainable development goals. The Crown Prince said Saudi Arabia will support efforts to address environmental and climate challenges and promote sustainable development goals.

Saudi Energy Minister Amir Abdul Aziz bin Salman, Minister of State and Cabinet Member Amir Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd, Interior Minister Amir Abdul Aziz bin Saud bin Naif, National Guard Minister Amir Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdul Aziz, Foreign Minister Amir Faisal Bin Farhan, Minister of State and National Security Advisor Dr. Musaid bin Muhammad Al Aiban and Saudi Ambassador to Thailand Abdurahman bin Abdul Aziz Al Suhaibani attended the reception.
