A police officer’s camera captured the moment a 21-year-old female driver went into a hover following crashing down the ramp of a tow truck in Georgia in the United States. The tow truck was stopped on a highway where a first accident had occurred a few minutes earlier. If no death is to be deplored, the young woman as well as a police officer were hospitalized.
