The Meteorological Authority said that hot weather prevails in the north of the country on Monday, very hot in the south during the day, and the weather is pleasant at night.
The Meteorological Authority added, in a statement, a short while ago, that the temperature now recorded in Cairo is 29 degrees Celsius.
Today, Monday, hot weather prevails over Cairo and Lower Egypt, which tends to be hot on the northern coasts, and very hot in the southern regions.
Cold weather prevails during the night hours on the northern coasts, moderate on southern Sinai and the south of the country.
The most prominent weather phenomena is the appearance of water mist over Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northern coasts, and northern Upper Egypt.
There is a 30% chance of rain on the northern and western coasts.
