Due to lending regulations and high rents/purchase prices, it is very difficult to save for a home, let alone meet the requirements of a home loan. Do you still see a chance or have you already put this topic off the table? I’m in my early 30s with a child and a partner and despite a stable and above-average income, we keep failing at the bank due to a lack of equity.
