Even post-mortem, Mike Lynch continues to have trouble with the law. Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (HPE) has announced its intention to pursue the heirs of the founder of Autonomy, who died at sea about two weeks ago.

The British businessman died when his yacht, the Bahesian, sank off the coast of Sicily, along with six other people, including his 18-year-old daughter. But his wife, Angela Bacares, survived.
