MIAMI, US – The world’s largest cruise ship has made its maiden voyage from the Port of Miami.
Royal Caribbean’s Icon of the Seas is approximately 365 meters long.
The first seven-day journey through the tropics begins in South Florida. The ship was officially christened on Tuesday with the blessing of soccer legend Lionel Messi and his Inter Miami teammates.
“Icon of the Seas is the culmination of our dream to deliver the world’s best vacation experiences,” said Royal Caribbean Group President and CEO Jason Liberty.
