Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Mohsin Naqvi said that on the fourth day of joining PCB, people wanted me to resign and go home.
Mohsin Naqvi said in a press conference that if there is a backup, there will be surgery. I don’t have a magic wand to fix cricket instantly. The condition of the team has been bad for three years. I will not resign at the request of people, when I go home I will fix cricket.
He said that the test was not delayed by a week. The date of the Karachi Test was fixed a year ago. Due to development work and security, the Karachi Test venue has been changed. Waqar Younis will manage a Champions Cup team as a mentor. They were mentored till the set-up of the mentors was completed.
