“If they think I’m shit…”: Cristián de la Fuente’s blunt message to those who have criticized him for his physique

Cristián de la Fuente is training with everything to join the next Ironman Pucón 70.3 and on social networks he usually shares part of the exercises he does to prepare with his followers.

However, the actor has received some hateful messages regarding his physique, which he did not let go and responded without a filter on his Instagram stories.

“At the end of the day, in the morning he touched 10 kilometers and now he touches nothing (…) so let’s train, I don’t want to,” De la Fuente began by saying in the video he shared.

“And take advantage of those who sometimes send messages that say ‘oh, you’re skinny’, ‘you’re wrinkled’, ‘your meat fell off’, ‘how bad you look, ‘how old you look’. Yes, that’s me, I’m sorry,” the actor responded emphatically.

Along the same lines, he added: “I’m not leaving younger, I don’t look better, I’m tired, I’m cracking, but I’m still training and I’m doing what I can.”

“So if you don’t have a cool comment, don’t do it. And if you think I’m shit…, that I’m old, I don’t know, what’s up, save it for them, because I’m going to keep hitting it. Let’s go, we can!”, sentenced the actor.
