Through a video, the singer announced that he is planning, together with another production company, to offer concerts in both cities and to validate the tickets for the suspended shows.
“Keep your tickets safe because we are going to validate them,” Ilan assured, referring to the fans who are without answers.
He explained that the producer had published his private number for fans to ask him for a refund of the money.
Faced with this situation, the Venezuelan artist decided to validate the tickets for his next concerts in the affected cities.
They hope it will be done before the end of the year.
