Immorente Invest announced on Tuesday that the payment of the 4th quarterly return for the year 2022, set at 1 dirham per share, is scheduled for December 22.
The detachment date is set for December 13, Immorente Invest said in a statement.
And to recall that the company has implemented, since September 2021, an innovative scheme to intensify its distributions by moving to a quarterly rhythm, with 4 annual payments instead of just one.
All quarterly payments are of the same amount except for the second participant following the closing of the annual accounts, in July, which is larger than the other three payments, underlines the same source.
For the year 2022, the payment of the 1st quarterly yield (1 dirham/share) was made on April 28, that of the 2nd yield (2.5 dirhams/share) on July 6, and that of the 3rd (1 dirham /share) on September 29.
