Effective of the dependencies belonging to the Citizen Security Department No. 4 of the city of La Banda, together with the staff of the General Directorate of Road Safety, launched a mega operation to stop the crowding and “stunging” of motorcyclists who put their lives and those of third parties at risk.
During the early hours of this Friday, various controls were carried out on Routes 51 and 1, entering the Juan D. Perón Highway and Av. Besares, which consisted of stopping the march of motorcyclists and requesting the pertinent documentation and, if necessary, If they did not have it, proceed to the corresponding infraction or retention of the vehicle, taking into account the seriousness of the offense and what is established by the national traffic law No. 24,449.
From the aforementioned operation, 7 motorcycles with legal impediments to circulate were hijacked. They were all taken to the police station. While the drivers were identified and continued at large.
