In Lugano, Switzerland confident to achieve its objectives and lay the foundations for reconstruction in Ukraine

The Lugano meeting is in full swing. From midday on Monday, the President of the Confederation, Ignazio Cassis, and the Ukrainian Prime Minister, Denys Chmyhal, officially launched the conference on the reconstruction of Ukraine, devastated by the Russian army.
