In Moscow and the Moscow region declared a yellow level of weather danger

Due to icy conditions and strong winds, a yellow level of weather danger has been declared in Moscow and the Moscow region. As follows from the data hydrometeorological centeruntil the evening of March 2, there is a warning regarding black ice, until the morning of March 1 – regarding gusts of wind.

The yellow weather hazard level is the second of four levels of forecast weather risk. Signals regarding the possible danger of weather phenomena for certain types of socio-economic activities.

Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, told TASS that spring weather is predicted in the south of the European part of Russia in the coming days. Temperatures are expected to rise to 17-18 degrees in Krasnodar on Tuesday.
