In Moscow, two men were fined 30,000 for chanting pro-Ukrainian slogans at a Diana Arbenina concert. This was announced in the official telegram channels capital courts of general jurisdiction.

“On June 10, 2023, the Tushinsky District Court of the capital found Serebryansky A.E. and Shvedov E.E. guilty of an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and imposed a penalty in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 30,000 rubles. The court found that on July 8, 2023, at the Otkritie Bank Arena stadium, during a concert by Diana Arbenina and the Night Snipers group, Serebryansky and Shvedov chanted Ukrainian nationalist slogans,” the report says.
