Al-Marsad newspaper: The Indonesian business and programmer, Otto Toto Sujiri, seized the opportunity of his life by making one bet, to become among the richest people in the world, despite being a former millionaire.
According to Al Arabiya.net, the bet dates back to 2011, at a time when Internet use was already booming in Indonesia, at which time the government decided to put in place a law to ensure data security.
Seizing the opportunity, 68-year-old Sujiri, along with 6 partners, founded PT DCI Indonesia, a company that has become the country’s leader in this field with more than 200 clients.
Since its listing last year, DCI’s shares have risen by more than 10,000%, turning “Sujiri” from a millionaire to one of the world’s richest people with a fortune estimated at $2.5 billion. According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.
