He added, the two parties had signed an agreement following the success of Adair Company in marketing and selling a large number of real estate offers with competitive financial values, which confirms its marketing merit and high ability to choose the best strategy to achieve the highest possible financial value for the property.
He continued, it is expected that the company will enable the trustees to maximize the bankruptcy assets, which will positively affect the distributions of creditors.
