Al-Marsad newspaper: The Interior Ministry spokesman, Colonel Talal Al-Shalhoub, said that the security control centers at the entrances to the Holy Capital are arresting anyone who violates these instructions and their immediate implementation.

Al-Shalhoub added, during an interview broadcast by Al-Ikhbariya channel, that “as well as those who transport unauthorized persons to work, the penalty is up to 50,000 riyals and imprisonment for a period of 6 months for each person who violates, and the demand for the confiscation of the vehicle belonging to the carrier or the accomplice or whoever contributes to this thing.”

He continued, “The holy capital is surrounded by security men to carry out the tasks entrusted to them to maintain the security and safety of the pilgrims.”
