The price of the dollar rose today, Thursday, once morest the pound, in 10 operating banks in Egypt, with the beginning of trading, compared to its level at the end of yesterday’s trading, amid anticipation of the Central Bank’s interest decision today.

The Central Bank meets today, Thursday, to discuss the fate of the interest rate, following the US Federal Reserve announced yesterday that it would raise interest rates by 0.25% at the first meeting in 2023.

Dollar prices today

National Bank of Egypt: 30.13 pounds for purchase, and 30.23 pounds for sale, an increase of 8 piasters for buying and selling.

Banque Misr: 30.13 pounds for purchase, and 30.23 pounds for sale, with an increase of 8 piasters for buying and selling.

Banque Du Caire: 30.23 pounds for purchase, and 30.30 pounds for sale, with an increase of 8 piasters for buying and selling.

Commercial International Bank: 30.23 pounds for purchase, and 30.33 pounds for sale, an increase of 8 piasters for buying and selling.

Suez Canal Bank: 30.23 pounds for purchase, and 30.33 pounds for sale, an increase of 8 piasters for buying and selling.

Bank of Alexandria: 30.23 pounds for purchase, and 30.33 pounds for sale, with an increase of 8 piasters for buying and selling.
