Mumbai (Bombay) – India will bid to host the 2036 Olympic Games. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced this on Saturday. “India is excited regarding the idea of holding Summer Olympics. We will spare no effort to organize it,” Modi said on the sidelines of the 141st session of the IOC Executive Committee in Mumbai. Due to the immense market potential, India’s candidacy should have a good chance of being awarded the contract.
