New Delhi: Indian Premier League Twenty20 cricket 2024 season star auction on December 19. The organizing committee clarified that the star auction will be held in Dubai. For the first time IPL Tara auctions are held outside the country.
The Indian team will tour South Africa in December. The team has a match on the same day as the star auction. The maximum amount that can be invested by each franchise has been increased to Rs 100 crore. There was an increase of Rs.5 crores over last season. The franchises have to provide the list of retained and dropped players from November 15 onwards. Last season’s star auction was in Kochi.
