Hangzhou: India started 10th day of medal haul in Asian Games by canoeing. Arjun Singh and Sunil Singh Salam won medals in Men’s Canoeing 1000m.

Both finished in 3.53 seconds. Team Uzbekistan won the gold with a time of 3.43 seconds and Kazakhstan won the silver with a time of 3.49 seconds.
India continues to be fourth in the points table with 13 gold, 24 silver and 24 bronze. The host China is in the lead with 150 gold, 81 silver and 42 bronze. Japan is second with 33 gold, 45 silver and 46 bronze, while South Korea is third with 31 gold, 40 silver and 63 bronze.
